Note: You cannot import data or run recovery batches on
any file but live current .csv files that your clients received from
FedEx or UPS. You will receive these files from your clients, so you
must have a client before attempting to do anything with this program
except installing the software! This software works. All
You need is your first client with a live active .csv file. Test files
do not work!
Your First Tip:
Do you know someone who works for a company that does overnight
shipping? I do. Many of you do. I use this method almost exclusively
for obtaining clients for my own Refund Processing Company. But do not
ignore the other avenues!

get clients through direct e-mails, bulk e-mailing, fax blasts, direct
mailings, telephone book, friends (who work for companies), family,
associates, etc. Find companies who send out time sensitive material –
doctors, lawyers, attorneys, real estate companies, corporations
(large and medium), etc. We are programmers, not marketers. The
