Now you are back at the main screen. Click on "Tracking". You will see 2 options; Import Tracking Numbers and Recover Packages. (See below) Click on "Import Tracking Numbers".

The following screen will appear:

Use the drop down button to access the following screen. Click on the company for which you are recovering for.

Hit "OK" after you have chosen the company.

Click HERE to continue.
